Clear your mind.
Sometimes you have to clear your mind and let your thoughts empty into the sounds of nature. The state of the world we live in now can be very overwhelming and causes mental blocks. It's better to breathe and meditation, clearing out of the negativity of the world and filling the mind will positive energy.
